Bootcamp

The IMPACT Bootcamp is an annual summer holiday program, in the past run in January of every year. Bootcamp spans 3-4 weeks and is an all-round physical conditioning program. With classes designed to push participants physically and mentally, Bootcamp will help you get fit and in shape for the new year. With beginner, intermediate and advanced classes, IMPACT’s Bootcamp caters to ALL fitness levels. In Bootcamp you can:

  • Increase fitness over the term break
  • Improve cardio and endurance
  • Increase strength
  • Increase flexibility
  • Experience HiiT exercises
  • Lose or maintain weight
  • Learn goal setting and time-management skills
  • Learn about nutrition and set healthy eating habits
  • Push hard in a fun and supportive environment!

Who can do Bootcamp?

Bootcamp is NOT a Martial Arts skill specific program. IMPACT’s Bootcamp is open to everyone!! For all skill levels no matter what you are after we can help you hit your goals.

Tailored Classes by Level

We understand that there are varying levels of fitness, strength and experience. To ensure all of our members get the most out of the Bootcamp program, classes are split by level:

  • Beginners
  • Intermediate
  • Advanced

Nutrition Workshop

The key to a healthy lifestyle combines regular physical activity with good dietary habits. In addition to the physical training, IMPACT’s Bootcamp has included a nutrition workshop from a qualified dietitian and nutritionist. Whether you are looking to lose or maintain weight, the Bootcamp program can give you the knowledge and life skills to take control of your health.
