What a successful Instructor Workshop! Our Instructors all sat down and discussed various techniques about instructing in preparation of Term 2. Through our Leadership program, these young instructors are learning many various skills and techniques to strengthen their instructing. With help from our more experienced instructors, they are mentored and guided in a positive learning environment to enhance the instructor team as well as themselves as individuals.
