IMPACT members had an amazing time training with our international guests. They provided us with a very clear demonstration of what the international level is for fitness, strength, speed and agility.

As well as training with international medalists, our members were also privileged to be taught by international coach Jesus Ramal. Jesus demonstrated that there are no secret methods or tricks to becoming an international medalist, only hard work and dedication. The seminar had many new and fun drills that made the day exciting and fun for everybody.
