IMPACT Leadership Program
Help yourself grow by helping others. The IMPACT Leadership Program is an invitation program with the main objective of providing inspiration to awaken participants to their fullest potential. We create a supportive mentor environment where natural leadership skills are enhanced through challenging experiences. Through helping lead one or more of the many groups within our Mighty Dragons, Extreme Teens and Challenge Adult programs you can learn the skills of a leaders and apply them to your daily life. At IMPACT we are firm believers of building a resilient and flexible way of thinking and of fostering effective life skills. IMAPCT’s Leadership Program specialises in goal setting, problem solving, enhancing natural ability and increasing individual learning capacity. Members who display leadership qualities are scouted by our instructing team and invited into the program.
