IMPACT sent 5 team members to a seminar held by Master Lee.  They learned many of the key changes in the up to date WTF Poomsae rules.  By focusing on integral foundation principles in Poomsae the Elite Poomsae team looks forward to improving their poomsae technique with their new knowledge and skill.
